Model Application Terms & Conditions: I agree that there will be a submission fee of 10.00 to process this model application. It could take anywhere from 1-10 days for a Product Model Management Agent to review this submission and respond. You will recieve an email notification once a decision has been made. Submission fees are non-refundable. For re-submissions or any addional submissions there will be a 10.00 charge.
