I'm trying to upload an image, and the photo is not uploading or I am getting an error message...
How Can I upload my photo?
First, make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the formats Product accepts (JPG or JPEG). Next, make sure the file name is simple and short, with no spaces or funny characters. "Image.jpg" is a good file name "Me at the beach! summer camping trip~~.jpg" is probably not going to work.
Second, The maximum file size is 5MB. If your photo is larger than 5MB, the photo may not upload.
If none of these things work, it's possible that the image is corrupted.

I am having trouble creating a model submission application?
If you continue to experience difficulties uploading photos or creating the model submission application, please contact customer support at support@productmodelmgmt.com with the details of the problem you are having. Be sure to include all of required information that is requested on the site with 2 photos and a customer support representative will create the submission for you and notify when your application is complete.

How Long does it take for a Product Model Management Agent to review my submission?
Due to the high volume of online submissions, it might take up to 4 weeks to receive a response. If you do not receive a response within a few days of submitting and processing your application, do not panic, this can be a good sign that a Product Model Management Agent is reviewing your submission and needs to check the current market requirements.

Why does it take several weeks to approve my model profile photos?
When you upload a new picture to be posted to your profile it must be reviewed and approved by a Product Model Management agent. The model's photo is first sent to our touch up artists, at which point our artists crops, resizes, and color corrects your photos and then re-uploads them to your profile. The picture will not go live on the website until it is reviewed and accepted by a Product Mdoel Management Agent.

Each day a Product Model Management agent will review all orders that are placed online and will begin work immediately. When you log into your account you will notice that you request might say “pending” which means your order is being processed

Why do I have to pay a $3 fee to submit pictures on line?
Due to the heavy volume of submissions we receive daily we have imposed a $3 fee to cover the time and effort it takes to review each and every submission. Please understand that due to such a high volume the review process of each and every picture can take up to 3-4 hours per day.

The site randomly selects active profiles each time you refresh your browser. Each of our models will have the opportunity to be featured on our homepage.
